Putnam County HomeCare provides home health services to Putnam County and the surrounding counties. Home health care services, which include nursing, therapy, aide, and specialty care, are extended to those under a physician's care when the physician orders skilled, intermittent services and generally when the recipient is homebound due to illness or injury and cannot leave their residence without considerable taxing effort.
