HOSPICE MISSION STATEMENT

We at Putnam County Hospice, with and through the coordination and cooperation of our community's residents, will provide services that will assist our patients in achieving and maintaining an optimal quality of life and independence, and to live their last days with the greatest comfort and dignity possible.
