Putnam County HomeCare and Hospice has been named to the 2013 HomeCare Elite top 500 list, a compilation of top performing agencies in the United States. This annual review identifies the top 25 percent of agencies providing HomeCare and Hospice ranked by analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement, and financial performance.
Putnam County HomeCare & Hospice, Gretchen Lammers, RN, Nursing Supervisor, credits the agency working as a team, from the nurses to support staff in conjunction with quality/process improvement efforts in order to achieve recognition as one of the HomeCare Elite.
